Cancellation Policy for the Seminar on RE Materials & Magnet Technology on 22-23.11.2023

Cancellation of participation by the participant until 31.07.2023 is possible free of charge. For the cancellations received between 01.08.2023 and 30.09.2023 the processing fee is 20% of the participation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing (by letter or fax) or by e-mail. After the cancellation deadline of 30.09.2023, 100% of the participation fee must be paid. Substitutes can be made but please email new delegate details when known. Booking and cancellation of accommodation is the responsibility of the participants and should be done by participants directly with the hotels.
