Registration for the 41st MSIT Annual Workshop

This registration form is intended for participants who wish to attend only the 41st MSIT Annual Workshop “International Seminar on the Evaluation of Heterogeneous Multicomponent Equilibria” and not the 11th MSIT Winter School.

Please note that participants of the Winter School are automatically included in the Workshop and therefore do not need to register separately. If you would like to attend the 11th Winter School, please use the designated Winter School registration form instead.

The MSIT Workshop is open to members of MSIT. We also welcome experts in the field of heterogeneous phase equilibria and thermodynamics who are not yet members. If you have not attended one of our workshops before and are interested in joining MSIT, please send a brief email to MSIT-Eventsmsiportcom introducing your scientific activities; a list of publications would be appreciated.

Registration ends when maximum capacity at Castle Ringberg is reached.

There is very little time available for oral presentations. Please limit to 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation must be made in writing (by e-mail). The date of receipt of the e-mail is considered the effective cancellation date. While participation in the workshop is free of charge, the booking of accommodation and meals is binding and subject to the cancellation conditions. In case of cancellation, the organisers will cancel the booked accommodation and meals on behalf of the participant. The following charges will apply:

- Up to 3 months before the start of the event: full refund minus a 50€ administrative fee

- From 3 months up to 2 weeks before the start of the event: 75% of the agreed price will be charged

- Less than 2 weeks before the start of the event or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed price will be charged

The participant is responsible for any bank fees incurred in connection with payments and refunds.

We strongly recommend that participants ensure their availability before registering, as these costs must be borne by the participant.
